Harmony Vietnamese Restaurant

A beautiful autumn, sunny day and not sure where to eat in Altona. I’ve tried a few places but tend to stay away where it’s crowded and the hipsters are. Today it went to Harmony in Pier Street and it was in fact very busy...and an interesting blend of diners all of who seemed to have dined here before by the familiarity with menu and staff. As always, I check out what others are eating to see portion sizes and potentially what to order. Certainly the banquet at another table looked awesome. There was a bit of everything on everyone’s plates/bowls. And the sizes were big. Takeaway available and certainly the lunch special was popular with those choosing to eat their food maybe in the nearby...

A Vietnamese restaurant has opened in Pier Street and it won’t disappoint. Harmony Vietnamese Cuisine is a family run outlet smack bang in the middle of beachside Altona. Fresh food and traditional, authentic menu is served up with vibrant veggies, seafood and meat. A solid...pho, a fine salt and pepper squid and seasonal garlic vegetables. No complaints. No fuss. Cheap and cheerful. I’d stay a little longer for the fried ice-cream.

Restaurant was very hot, we asked for the aircon to be turned on and they opened the front door. Food was lovely but the service was hit and miss, the bald chap has strange mannerisms, we have excused it before, but not this time, he...was down right rude!! We don't go out to sit in a sweltering restaurant and have a moody clown serve us!!

Tom, Van and “Grandma” welcomed us with open arms! I’ve been looking for an Asian restaurant that’s near me that does crispy chilli beef and does it brilliantly.. FOUND IT!! In you go people! You get the lot here. Brilliant service, excellent food. I promise...that you’ll walk out with a smile just as my wife and I did. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is freshly cooked and good quality but being charged an extra on top of the bill made it a no go. There is too much competition to damage your reputation. Was the extra charge for the take away container.?

Great food. Attentive owner makes sure you are happy. Good prices too. We have been many times and would recommend to anyone. Park over in Coles car park as parking in front is limited.

A busy Saturday night but all was well handled including an unreasonable complaint from the next table. Great food and great service. Well done to you all.

i go here once a month with my partner.. thy have the best pho. i havent had it they way they do it in so long. and the owners are so lovely Reserva una mesa ahora
