The young woman named Kendra who answers the phone and takes orders really needs to reconsider her approach. I say "young woman" loosely, as her demeanor is quite off-putting. She's rude, abrupt, and snappy when responding to questions, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and makes potential customers hesitate to support black-owned businesses due to poor service. Her attitude is a disservice to the restaurant, and it appears that this kind of customer service is an ongoing issue, considering the other reviews that echo my experience and the defensive responses from the business owners.

Be sure to call ahead to avoid long waits, especially if you're impatient or in a hurry. The food is good, and you won’t need to request extra sauce if you enjoy your chicken with a generous amount already. The service is consistently great, but since I always place my order in advance, I can't comment on the experience for walk-in orders.

Ordered my chicken through the window, was told to come back around in 10/15 minutes, no big deal at all.Absolutely worth the wait. I got half white mild, and 1/4 white hot…Food was beyond fresh, seasoned proper, crispy edges off the skin.Absolutely fire. 100% will be coming back. Whoever is working this particular joint, knows what’s up.

Normally these shacks be my fav. Food was decent,Only order thru drive in, drive away return to pickup 25 min later, Covid restrictions still in place at this one shack(not all Harolds operare like this) Since I may be only person that may feel likeits over presumptious at this time since even the US president says pandemic is over Reserva una mesa ahora

Love this Harold's because the chicken is always good, and they have a drive thru window. Parking lot is a bit small for waiting, because it's a shared lot. So they try to call you once it's ready for pick up. Nice place!

Girl on the phone is always rude as hell and shouldn’t talk to paying respectful customers the way she does!!!! Food is a hit but she ain’t it!!!!!!!!!

I wish that the restaurant would seal the food orders with tape, to provent the drivers from looking in the bag.
