Harold's Chicken Of Monee

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times each time I ask them not to put the mild sauce on my food and they still insist to put it on there. I ask for this hickory original barbecue sauce which they have in the back in cups. The lady with the gray hair gonna is rude and need to know how to talk to ppl. Don’t get me wrong the food is always fresh to order but I want the sauce I want in my chicken and I will not be going back here at all. This is what happens when you support some black owned company. If she doesn’t know what the original Harold sauce is they shouldn’t even be franchising his name.

You really should notify your online customers through email if you're going to be closed. It greatly upsets us, and I noticed several other disappointed customers during my visit as well. This is the last chance I'm giving this location; I'm tired of the poor management and service since it opened a couple of years ago. I want my money back immediately. If anyone wants good chicken, quality service, and competent management, they should look elsewhere. P.S. I want my $51 back now. Feel free to contact me anytime at 708-616-9433.

Stopped in at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Door was locked. Three employees inside wandering around saying they were closed. I don't know how you run a business if you close a half hour early... Very unprofessional, but this is typical of Harold's chicken in

Bought 3 pieces dark. Got home and opened up the chicken. It looked like it was cooked a week ago . Very dry, not fresh at all. One leg, one thigh, and a BACK. TASTELESS , I trash it. Not again Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered 4 wings well done when I got my food it wasnt well done at all, it was drowned in mild sauce I got 3 1/2 wings.. I’ll make the xtra 15 min drive to the one in hazel crest.

Worst service ever. Lady behind the counter is very rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t use the bathroom for two minutes without her rushing me out.

The staff was very kind, and the food is always excellent. She told me 25 minutes but it definitely felt shorter, great people.
