I ordered bakers dozen with a side of cream cheese through DoorDash. It cost $31.99 taxes and fees. Got one bagel with cream cheese. Thanks for being rude on the phone and not intelligent enough to realize one bagel shouldn’t cost $35. DoorDash refunded me immediately.
Went in for a bagel and cream cheese. Easy order. There were no less than 5 people behind the counter but no one asked if I needed help. Food is sub par and they are not friendly in there. It was actually uncomfortable in there and I won’t be going
I’ve placed three orders through DoorDash, and each one has been incorrect. For my last order, I specifically requested bacon, sausage, and egg but didn’t receive any bacon at all. Absolutely disappointing.

The food was served cold because, according to the owner, her customers come first. So, what does that make me? She was extremely rude!
The top spot for bagels on the South Shore! They offer friendly service and serve authentic New York bagels of excellent quality!
Coffee was absolutely awful and not fresh. The bagel was ok. They definitely weren't hustling to help guests.
