An cafeteria style dinner place. Once through the door, you see a line of people waiting in line to order food. You have to grab a tray and tell the counter staff what you want for the main dish then your moved down the line to get your sides and desserts.You can see all the food they serve and all looked delicious. I ordered from the carvery and got turkey with gravy, stuffing,mashed potato and gravy, bread and butter, pesto pasta and water. All under $20 dollars. Turkey tasted good with the gravy. Thepesto pasta was freshly made and had sundried tomato. Plenty of seating area and place is very cozy. I'm gonna say lots ofpeople who eats here are regulars. I would definitely eat here again.
Harry's Hofbrau is a real German food experience you need to go to. I had the Tritip with real potatoes and Gravy and a delicious macaroni salad. After dinner I tried a real German imported yeast wheat with a lemon for authenticity. The best beer I've ever tried. You will walk to see the place, all kinds of carved cartoons and stones and pictures. The hotel is located in Redwood City, CA.
Harry’s is great for salads too! My wife had the Turkey Cobb and I had the Roadhouse Salad. We go three or four times a year but this is the first time that we had the entree salads. We usually sit at the bar, great bartender every time and a nice selection of beers, wine and liquor.
This place was definitely better off the pandemic. My husband and I thought of sandwiches and the portions were so shameful and not very good. I love pastrami and dark turkey and they were both very dry. Will not come back

The food was outstanding, the staff were welcoming, and the restaurant was conveniently situated just a short walk from our hotel. The ambiance was wonderful.
I absolutely love Harry's Hofbrau in Redwood City. The menu offers fantastic food, the beer selection is extensive, and the service is excellent!
Always good food, drink and service. Especially love Hot Turkey sandwiches. Very nice outdoor covered patio.
