The food here is consistently good, but I've encountered issues with takeout. On our first takeout experience, we waited over an hour only to be told that our order had never been received, even after it had been placed. Instead of informing us that there was an issue, the staff kept insisting our food was being prepared. To their credit, one of the staff members kindly offered us some delicious pastries to make up for the inconvenience. We decided to give it another chance, and the second time was excellent—everything was delicious and the order was correct. However, today we ordered takeout again and discovered that a part of our order was missing only after we returned home. It's frustrat...

The staff here were friendly, and the location is on a charming street in a beautiful building. I enjoyed the Bagel Sammie, but unfortunately, they forgot to add the bacon, which felt like a bit of a rip-off. The overall experience had a laid-back vibe, but the service was quite slow. On the day I visited, the coffee was very weak and watery. If they believe that's how a light roast should taste, they might want to consider trying a better cup of coffee.

The prices are reasonable, and I’m eager to try more of their food. So far, I’ve only sampled the muffins and coffee. The muffins were excellent, but the coffee was a bit weak. I hope it’s better on my next visit. I’m giving it 5 stars overall because I’ve heard good reviews from others, so I’m hoping my experience was just a fluke. I’ll adjust my rating if I’m not impressed next time.

dude , tassandra i think is her name it’s on the ticket under server so im guessing lol was so frickin nice and seeing her bright humor and energy right in the morning woke me up better than my coffee , such a funny person haha im sorry abt the food rating , i got the baked potato , it was good but idk like it was missing something , i mean nothing negative cause this place is cool Reserva una mesa ahora

Love going here! Usually come by at least once a week. When I order pick up, it’s always ready quickly! The food is really good and the coffee is too. I like that you can add flavors to the lattes, the lavender latte is my favorite!!

The staff is fantastic, and the food and drinks are excellent at this charming spot near the park. Edit: Be sure to try Dylan's cakes and their seasonal beverages. They also showcase local artists, which is a lovely touch!

I go here regularly. I think it’s a nice place to study, with such nice people, a happy atmosphere, and food and coffee at good prices. Hartford is my favorite coffee shop lately!
