I put a review on saying that I was at the fountain with my wife and sister in law, for my sister in laws birthday, the food was terrible, after posting the review Rachel at the Fountain responded very quickly, offering a £20 pound voucher for a return visit, so offering us £6,66 each, I know that they don't have to offer anything, but if they are going to offer something, at least make it look like you care how your customers feel
Average food very pleasant service. Decent value for money Toilets scruffy, not very clean and in need of decorating. I didn't get to see the kitchen but if the management allow the toilets to look like that it does beg the question what does the kitchen look like.
We all had a wonderful time. Becky our waitress was friendly, helpful, efficient. Becky even remembered our drinks orders from a previous visit! This gave us a lovely welcome feel! The food was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

Sky is a definite winner! She is always so kind and cheerful, willing to go above and beyond to help. Her manners are impeccable and she always has a smile on her face. It's a pleasure to have her as our server.

Kay was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us a moment to open our Christmas presents before inquiring about our dessert order. The food was delicious and enjoyable.
