My biggest feedback would be regarding the address that is provided on the comfirmation email because I clicked on it, followed it and found myself 15 mins away from where I needed to be and them had to pay the low emission zone fee of £12.50. This also caused me to be late which caused me alot of stress. Please update your confirmation email address for Grays because it is wrong and I wish I had entered it into google like I normally do as I was only at Lakeside at the time which was 5-10 min drive avoiding the low emission zone. Second time in a week I’ve visited. The first time was great, but this time not so. Nachos served with tasteless cheese sauce. Ribs burnt and no meat knife given. The ice cream deserts were half melted. Staff weren’t happy when my partner asked for the chips she’d ordered either. Salad bar was mostly empty and the bread rolls were dry and stale. Very disappointing for a birthday meal out. And I’m in no doubt they’ll just reply with the standard “ we’re sorry blah blah blah, but we will improve “
I went to Harvester for lunch on Tuesday and tried the Beyond Dirty Burger. It consisted of a Beyond meat patty, two onion rings, hash brown, and relish in a toasted bun, served with chips. My partner also had the burger but with double patties. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! I would definitely recommend it. They also offer vegan garlic bread and a vegan apple pie on their menu. Overall, a great experience!
We had a lovely Saturday dinner , catching up with family while enjoying a lovely meal . Tarryn was super attentive and checking on us frequently throughout the evening while having a super positive and friendly attitude. Genuinely enjoyed our visit !

Absolutely brilliant, food was amazing, even the husband who can find fault with anything was impressed. Our waitress stayed much calmer than me when he had to sit under every air con unit until he found one he liked. 5 stars all round.
Just had a lovely meal here and the service was excellent. Tarryn our waiter was so lovely and nothing was to much trouble for her. She is definitely a credit to this restaurant. X
Lunch was great and service by our waitress Emma was amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure we are ok. Absolute credit to The Harvester.
Don’t waste your time going to this place, they never have a table available and the manager Sophie is useless!
