Every time I walk on the carpet, it feels dirty. Perhaps it's time to install wooden flooring? Our table was also sticky. We were seated with other families with children, which I assume was to not disturb those without kids. I ordered the ribeye steak well done, but it came slightly red in the middle. For £22.00, I expected a higher quality piece of meat, but I could have bought a better steak from the supermarket and cooked it myself. It was definitely not worth the price. It seems like Harvester is cutting corners and making a large profit by serving the bare minimum with their meals.
looked down to eat salad, the fire alarm went off and we were asked to leave the restaurant after we had waited 30 minutes outside on the green, we were informed that the grill had been condemned by the firefight. manager said everyone would eat free for inconvenience, but we had not eaten. next hour tries to eat elsewhere for our celebration meal. had to return to the house after she had not eaten and had to do something home. not impressed.
Rushed us out, bill given before we asked for it, plates cleared before we all finished, food disappointing, don’t think we will visit again, salad bar poor and messy, only one waitress serving the section, not her fault but could not wait to get off shift, she left before us, and we left at 9.30 as no one else in restaurant and music had been turned up so loud , very very disappointing and felt like we wasted our money.
It was.good to come.back as Covid had stopped us coming. The entrance and reception was great thank you. Food was well presented and enjoyable and it was good not to be rushed. The food portion was just right for the older customer so did not need to take the salad bar. Thank you.

The staff at this restaurant were excellent and very attentive. My family and I typically visit the Sidcup location and have only had one disappointing experience when we were told they were out of chicken. Additionally, they did not have a selection of fish available yesterday.
My friend's birthday lunch at this Harvester was a pleasant experience. The food was good, prices were fair, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was polite, friendly, and professional.
We booked in advance, when we arrived, was shown to bar area, we asked to go to comfortable area in restaurant, said fully booked.we were not happy with area and seats.
Excellent service and set menu very good value. We will be back in the near future
