Decided on rump steak for myself and wife, I requested very well done and my wife had medium. My request was excellent and very tender, however my wife's was a little tough and was remedied by it being cooked to a well done level. Overall the meal was of a good standard and hot, to get a good warm meal in pub restaurants is not that common of late. We had purchased groupon vouchers on line for this particular meal to the alternative of shareholders vouchers. We visited the restaurant to celebrate our great granddaughter's birthday, which was the next day, just the three of us with her mom. Our waitress was wonderful—friendly, cheerful, thoughtful, and polite—qualities that aren’t always easy to find these days. She even brought out a little candle to put on the dessert for her. Thank you!

We celebrated our great-granddaughters' birthday with just us and their mother. Our waitress was lovely—friendly, cheerful, attentive, and polite, which is not always easy to find these days. They even placed a small candle on top of the dessert for the girls.
We were greeted by a very friendly waitress who took care of all our needs. She explained the breakfast ordering system and informed us about the all-you-can-eat continental breakfast that was included. We would definitely return!

All ok except ,as I have said on previous occasions, one choice of beer in the bar is not sufficient, especially as there are 4 taps of the same lager with several other lagers available as well !!
