Attended with my father and was greeted warmly as we entered and shown to a clean table with our menus, kinga was our server and she was friendly, polite and attentive, I ordered a cowboy burger and it was delicious, I ordered a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream which again was delicious and so it’s safe to say I left very satisfied and content with my visit to this harvester, my father ordered a desert apple pie which he enjoyed, atmosphere was good, service didn’t take long at all and the area was clean and tidy.
The service was great and the food was delicious, but this restaurant really needs a makeover. It feels depressing, dark, and dreary. I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, and the toilet door to my right had an "out of order" sign on it that has been there for 6 months. The smell of urine was overwhelming and it really affected my appetite. Additionally, I was concerned to learn that the vegetarian food is being cooked in the same oil as the meat products. It makes me wonder about the management of this place.
Yvonne is the star of the restaurant and keeps everything running smoothly. The salad bar is fantastic and the chicken dishes are delicious. This place is always a great choice for lunch, especially when using a voucher.
