we went on a Sunday for a fast meal as we were busy all day, so we could be one and out for a fast meal. it took some time until the meal arrived. both meals were not properly cooked. the waitress was new and fought (not a problem normally) and did not check whether our meal was in order, what I thought was one of the first things to be taught. we heard the kitchen had to fight. we had a problem to win the attention of everyone and had to wait until the end of the meal when we were willing to say something about the quality of the meal. the person responsible, due to the difficulties, drew a fee from the bill, but I would rather have had a good quality meal and experience. because of the del...
My friend and I have enjoyed a really lovely meal here again today. I use a powerchair and as approached the doorway I was greeted by a member of staff who came to open the doors so I could get it. It was a warm and friendly welcome. We sit in the bar area as there is more room for my chair there. All members of staff were kind, friendly and attentive. The food choices were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended.
We bought our two grandchildren (7 and 5) who love the Harvester and were really pleased as usual with their dinner. Our grandson (7) does not like chips, so loves the fact he can choose other types of potatoes and our granddaughter loves the build your own Sundae! Our food was really good, even though yet again, I ate far too much salad, so couldn't do justice to the main course.
Near our table was near an air conditioning unit. For over 50’s, and especially hearing aid users like me, the noise from the unit makes conversation extremely difficult, even impossible. Young people have no trouble and even wonder what you are talking about. This is normal as one ages but is so little considered by designers.

A lovely place to meet up with friends. The salad cart is a favourite with us. The staff are really friendly too. Good to book ahead as sometimes it's very busy.
