The work here a few years ago for less than 5 layers was the worst job experience I ever had in my life. Be warned that managers have heavy superiority complexes, and you can take an order and be interrupted by the manager who cries to the employee you ever talk to for the smallest problems. The business is not the priority, its ego. Everyone who works here is unhappy. Your waiting times will be forever because the employees are understandably depressed. And the managers wonder why they can't keep workers or why I've fed them.... everyone talks about bad customer service because they don't give us any training and then yell at us when we do something wrong.

I recently ordered food from here for my family via online. Both the burgers and sides came incomplete without the main toppings and sauces, we ordered specifically. Got disappointed and educated Cashier, but they say that they have many orders so sometimes times, its inside but customers cannot see ? lol...

At first, my gentlemen took my order and after the order, what I wanted, took over another staff and asked me to order again. When I asked what happened to the first guy who took my order, she really got mad at me and asked me if I wanted him instead. I said no and ordered my food again.

Fearable customer service, very rude to customers and female cash register gave a lot of additude\sas. Would recommend to drive PAST this location, there are many better fast food options nearby

Harvey?s has great fresh burgers, but the customer service here was bad and the toppings were the least of any place I was.
