Went here today and was ultimately disappointed. Compared to the other locations in Windsor I always find this one struggles with the quality of their food. I'm not sure if it's because there seems to be young people always working or the fact there seems to be different young people every time we go there where other locations seem to have more mature and consistent staff. Either way we've shown up here a couple times where I'm pretty sure the drive-thru staff is stoned. Today I ordered deep fried pickles and the pickles we got were literally about the size of your little finger. This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong and or mixes them up. The last time, which was 10 minutes ago (and the catalyst for this review) we ordered 3 combo meals; nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. What did we get? Three drinks, three fries, and one hamburger. Common sense should have triggered a red flag or, at the very least, the receipt stapled to the bag that states there should be 3 burgers fries etc. We attempted to call the location so they could have a replacement order made but, shock, the number posted online is not accurate. So we drove back and we?re greeted with perplexed looks and a teen who simply took the bag (straight from our hands) and tossed it in the garba...
My son really loves the burgers from Harvey's, and we order from there at least a few times a month. However, I'm not sure if it's just me, but lately, I've noticed a decline in quality. I even tried a different location, but it was the same. The last time I watched the staff prepare our burgers, it seemed like they were counting the salad toppings instead of adding them generously. In the past, there used to be so many toppings that they would overflow from the burger. So, I have to say that I'm quite disappointed.
Wish 0 stars was an option.... Went to the location on Malden Rd. tonight to get some burgers and not only did the lettuce taste like literal garbage but they gave us smores pies instead of apple. Usually I would let it slide but this has happened 4 times in the past few months which is very upsetting! Do better guys ????
