I went into this establishment to order supper. I stood there while I was look at 3 times by the girl working. Not once was I addressed or spoken to. Another fellow employee came and called the girls name and she did what she had to do. The male proceeded to log in. I thought he was going to wait on us but no he was paying for his food. I can understand that part but at least acknowledge a customer. So I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I know when I left there was stuff said but customers are customers they are what makes your business. It was not a good experience.
I used to love to take my family to this Harvey's as we thought it was the best fast food burger in New Minas. Unfortunately, I can't say that now. The last 3 times I went there our burgers were like warm. I even told the staff, the last time I went, that I hope the burgers would be hot this time, as they weren't the last 2 times. That didn't help, as they still came to us like warm. Sadly, I haven't been back and don't plan on going back, unless I hear they've improved.
We are regular customers at this restaurant and in the past, the food and service have always been average. Honestly, if this were not the only Harvey's in our area, we would have stopped coming here a while ago. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see new staff, particularly "HOLLY" who is AMAZING!!!! She is always very pleasant and incredibly friendly. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the guest experience and has saved customers as a result.
Sat in the drive -through for 20 minutes to get to the speaker then anther 25 minutes to the window. Once there I questioned about the food being hot and was told that it was because it was just put up, a strait faced lie, not only was everything cold but was missing the bacon I agreed to pay extra for and no receipt was given . They said it was in the bag
My wife and I were camping nearby and went in for a bite to eat. The staff, two young girls were pleasant and took our order. When we went to sit down every table was filthy. I mean terrible on one other couple were in there. It was mid afternoon. We cleaned our own table and chairs while they watched. Was shocked at condition of dining area.
