Great experience..! I live in Alberta and I put in a surprise delivery order for my mom who is in Ontario sorting out some family stuff... The staff went above and beyond to chat with me and ensure we coordinated the delivery time to reflect...the different time zones, as well as going yet another step further by putting a note in with the order. I dictated the note over the phone and they put it in so I could say something specific to my mom. I am so grateful for their help. They also got the delivery out significantly faster than originally stated (yay! and my mom and cousin say that the food is DELICIOUS! <3 Thank you Tillsonburg Swiss Chalet!

We went to this restaurant on July 28,2020.for a noon meal.We ordered 2 quarter chicken dinners.We each got a very small bone with very little meat.The multigrain dinner roll was as hard as a brick.The baked potato could have been better and the dipping sauce...was great.We will not go there again.

I received a very small portion of chicken in my heavy dinner. It took an hour to receive the food. The order was incorrect and we only received 4 items instead of the 6 listed on the menu. The service was slow and unfriendly. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

great service and hot fresh food. Although short workers the server an amazing task to get our order, then get our food. everything was hot and there were a few controls as we did. swiss chalet is usually good, but this time...was extra special

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the portions were huge. The service was a bit slow, but that is typical for this place. I will not hold it against the server.
