Went through the drive through this evening. Was given the incorrect order.Was told that I could have my order the next time I came to the location. I ordered dinner for tonight! I had a short window of time to grab something.I was told that in order to be refunded on my credit card I would need to drive all the way back to the location.I was offered a burger coupon for my trouble.Almost felt as though it was treated as a joke when I spoke to the “manager”.I honestly thought Harvey’s would do better than this.

I love this harveys alwasy quick and fresh and the friendliest staff ever i believe his name is mike hes worked here since i was a child and is the nicest man ever he also never stops moving when hes work cheers guys

With out a doubt. This is the best experience you will have ordering fast food in 2023. Lisa the lady that took my order is the reason I would come back to this location. Thanks Lisa for the awesome service.
