we visited hashimoto for the first time last night and had an excellent experience. we ordered the menu with all the small appetizers, and the wagyu bark, kobe style. it was cooked before us by a wonderful cook, who paid every step of the way great love to detail. each individual dish was tasteful, but tender. If they love to eat and enjoy to taste new dishes, this place is a must go. the waitresses spoke at least a bit English, and they tried their best to make sure we had a great time.

the service goes very slowly during the busy hours, which is slightly unpleasant, but this is still a great place for the glorious German gastronomy, an innovative symphony from potato, sausage, herb and kartoffel, this place opens the concept of the food to include a whole new world, and if they have left platos cave, they will never be able to be back again.

this place is elevated and expensive, the waitresses are dressed in traditional Japanese outfits. kimonos I think they are called. the quality of sushi here is worth it. they will, however, give a good price for it. is it worth it? I think as I will visit here definitiw only for the sushi. the service and eating are both great.

Nice experience. The food was good and sitting at the grill was fun to try out once.
