They follow the special instructions about 3 out of 10 times when I place an order. Additionally, their tacos are packed with green chilis, which can make them extremely spicy, depending on your tolerance. There are times when there seem to be more chilis than meat, which is a bit much. The quality is inconsistent. However, when they actually follow the instructions, the tacos are delicious.
The burger and loaded fries were absolutely incredible. The Hatch Chiles added a fantastic flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were only $2.50 and reminded me of Hatch Chile Poutine. I had three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year, and I wish they were as good as those at Hatch-It! The staff was also very friendly, and the menu is extensive and delightful.
The burger and the loaded fries were absolutely insaaaane. Hatch chiles were super dynamic with flavor and warmth. The loaded fries were ONLY $2.50 and were like eating Hatch Chile poutine. I tried three green chile cheeseburgers when I was in Santa Fe last year and I wish one was as good as Hatch-It?s! Everyone was also super friendly and the menu is vast and wondrous.
Hatch green Chiles burgers were delicious! This place has something for everyone! Burritos, tacos, bowls and burgers! Boys burger club filled the place up on a Friday at lunch and they accommodated us. Served amazing food and were very quick and efficient! Special thanks to staff for such a great lunch! Delicious Mexican food like they make in Southern Colorado and New Mexico, that tastes like it came from your moms or aunts kitchen. Home-made thin and crispy chips that are delicious. The owners take pride in the quality and flavor of the food they sell. I am a big fan of Hatch-It.
As someone who was born and raised in New Mexico and now resides in Phoenix, I can confidently say that the Green Chile Santa Fe burger is easily the best green chile burger I've had outside of Albuquerque. I would give it a perfect 12 out of 10 and will definitely order it again!
I loved the green Chile Santa Fe, but I loved my friends red chili chimayo more! Sauce is great. Fries aren?t bad! Took a super long time to get our food though. 20-30 minutes.

The rice in my burrito was crunchy, and the cheese in my son's bean burrito had a moldy taste. However, the posole and the burger were quite good.
