Hattie B's Hot Chicken Nashville Lower Broadway

This was my first time in Nashville, so obviously I HAD to get a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich while I was there. I looked around and it was between Hattie B's and Prince's and we chose this one. I got the chicken sandwich (medium spicy level) and fries. The Sandwich was definitely amazing and I'm glad I got to get one while I was there. I got the sandwich as it comes (comeback sauce, pickles and slaw on the side). It tasted good, but I think the chicken was a little overcooked. The chicken was a perfect amount of hot/spice for me. This is some good chicken but my review is for Vinnie. His attention to detail saved our meal. We accidentally ordered the mild thinking no spice and my 5yo daughter thought it was too hot, and he already had the southern fried chicken ready for her because he guessed it would be too spicy. Dude saved us having to wait back in line for it. Big thanks to you bro. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Ok when they say hot they aren't kidding lol! I had the sandwich fries and Mac and cheese. The fries were better than the Mac and cheese but it was good. I ordered the chicken hot...it was...not so hot my eyes water but I did have to blow my nose at the end of the meal. I sat outside to people watch and found it crowded but perfectly enjoyable.

Waited in line only to find out they were under some kind of remodel so limited menu.2 choices tenders or sandwich not what we were going for. Would be nice to update the website to save people the hassle Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Go just before or after peak meal times or expect to wait a little in line. The best places always have lines;

Busy busy! Great sandwich as usual and the lemonade is always a good quencher with a spicy sandwich. I was not a fan of their version of greens.
