our daughter had given us a deal social credit for Sunday brunch before corona. we could not redeem this first because it was closed for a long time due to corona and renovation, then only a few dates were available. we were always assured that the voucher will continue to be valid for each reservation attempt. Now we have redeemed him today and were surprised that only the paid price was charged for the credit card, but not the promised performance of social deal. in the clear text that means that we had to pay more than €36 for two people despite a good note. first of all, the price-performance ratio is not true at all and secondly I cannot understand that despite multiple telephone messages of the staff suddenly the performance is denied.We have very annoyed the chef was at the end also very unfriendly for 38 € per person you can spend a great evening in a top restaurant
Hotel is not the 4 star class, the rooms were not renovated for 40.50 years. Shower area equipped with old and no longer modern fittings and ceramics. Alu balcony door jammed. We were again very pleased with our short stay at this hotel. The staff was as always very friendly. Breakfast rich and delicious and dinner a dream. Our room was very nice and our dog loved the balcony. So a perfect short holiday, we like to come back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.
