Before Christmas there was the offer of a goose dinner for 99, €. It was super delicious! The order went by email or Facebook. The friendly driver came to the desired date and brings 2 large and 1 round gastrometal heat tank with flame (no idea how the right hot. In it a filled geese, pork, red cabbage, rose cabbage with bacon, dumplings, maron sauce, vanilla sauce. Really all very tasty, the geese juicy and with crispy skin! The containers are either picked up or you bring them back, your own decision. It was so good that we asked for Grandmas' birthday for January and it was possible! It was just as delicious. If this is back this year, an absolute recommendation!
HiWe were shopping in Langenfeld near Leverkusen. The Irish pub is small, modest and painted in a traditional green and white of the area. Once inside the welcome from the staff was really lovely. We went upstairs to the dining area which was small and cosy. The menu was impressive, very traditional plus a touch of the Irish. I ordered a steak and salad, the steak was really soft and the salad was a mix of all vegetables not just lettuce and tomatoes. My husband had a traditional German dinner which he really enjoyed. The bill was surprisingly low for what we had. We will go again and I recommend you readers to go there.
The house Arndt knows almost all in Langenfeld because it is located directly on the market. It's a small pub with delicious beer. There is something for whisky lovers. You can sit in the room with the bar and eat or stand up. The menu is not huge. they do not need the dishes that have something for every taste. Delicious portions that make you sick. For a cozy evening in a quiet atmosphere just the right thing. It is best to arrange a table because the space is limited.

Super atmosphere and nice staff. The food was absolute! Steak was one of the best I've eaten so far. And prices are appropriate for quality, if not too low. Unfortunately, it can get a bit cold in winter.
We've eaten very tasty today at Arndt. There were fish with salt potatoes and zucchini vegetables in bright sauce. We like to come back.
