In any case, we have a small table for two in the side room. One person sat in the passage/input to this room and could always look into the hallway to the toilet/bar. Actually, we should have gone. The service was friendly. The sauce for the duck served as a sauce for the rabbit fillet in the thermosauciere, which was only noticed in the plate. The restaurant is located on Lake Rotbach in direct proximity to the water mill in Dinslaken Hiesfeld. Parking is available. The menu is well sorted and there are daily dishes available. Prices are slightly higher than in the region. Drink prices rose. There is a greeting from the kitchen. The operation is attentive, but not intrusive. You don't regret eating there. However, there are almost everywhere potential for improvement, but all in all you can spend a pleasant evening there.
Great ambience. Very good service. Beautiful selection of appetizers. Very good skin dishes. The desserts are also recommended. Like four. We had different appetizers and main dishes and were very happy all around. Both meat and fish dishes were super delicious. The desserts came to a nice conclusion. Our food was rounded off with a beautiful grappa. We're all agreed, we're coming back.
As part of a wedding celebration, we were able to enjoy a great menu with over 20 people in the Hiesfeld House. From preparation to menu selection to service everything was perfectly planned and organized. This day will certainly remain unforged for the whole family. Thanks again to the entire team!

After the change of ownership and to Corona unfortunately no longer on the high level. Cheap but with average kitchen without finesse. The Michelin stickers on the door should be removed. Service ok; Garden is nice in summer
MEGA GUT. The already good kitchen has improved again compared to last year. The excellent dishes are presented beautifully on plates, served by very friendly and trained service staff.
The restaurant was awarded by critics and also for us the food was excellent! Excellent service and high quality food gave us a nice evening. No cheap pleasure, but worth every cent!!!
