A very nice building with a very good ambience. Standing at the entrance we were welcomed and accompanied to the table. A good and manageable menu. My dish, fried liver etc, did not correspond to my ideas and I couldn't eat it. The upper was very busy, wanted to take the dish to the kitchen to correct it. I didn't want to use that because I had a false idea of the court, which had nothing to do with the good preparation. My daughter and her partner were very happy with their fish menu. The superior asked for our wishes several times. All in all, it was a nice evening there. We will definitely visit Lahr and look forward to it.
If you want to eat the perfect Rumpsteak in Dortmund you can go to Hohoffs, peppercorn or Rodizio... At Haus Lahr there is always a wonderfully juicy piece of meat. Perfectly fried and always in the same quality. The steak is so delicate that the difference to the fillet is flowing. And all this for a slim Mark. There is also perfect service here. If you don't have a bump on Steak, you should take one of the scavengers, because they are also absolutely recommended.
The food at Haus Lahr is always great: steaks, carvings and fish are always roasted to the point, the vegetable supplements and salads are nicely crisp. The service is very friendly, the atmosphere cozy. My highlight at Haus Lahr is the Sunday menu. Every Sunday you have the choice between fish and meat. The supplements are very varied, the sauces delicious and the desserts always a delicious surprise.
House Lahr is absolutely recommended. We always like to be there for dinner. The card offers something for every taste and on Sunday there are also two different daily menus in three courses. A small birthday round with historical occasion, Haus Lahr has been there for a long time. Middle birthday party in nice ambience.
