I called on the afternoon to book a reservation in restaurant for 2 people for 18:30. my dates were recorded and I was informed that the responsible party for the restaurant was just in the conversation and would sign up again in a few minutes. half an hour later, after no one had reported, I always call that the hired person is not available, but they take care of me to get a call back. 18:30 clock is not a problem. veggie and clean eating meets the concept from my own best. I was very pleased to find such a pearl in this rather veggie and even bio ignorant environment. we were able to test the kinderpizza, the tomato soup, crumb pancakes and the baked sweet potato with brokkoli. I found it very tasty, with taking out the pizza, which was simply too little seasoned, the teig did not fit, and the more taste-neutral cashew cream is saturating, but not an adequate wilmersburger replacement. or otherwise formulated: one remains true to the concept, one does not find substitute products here. Overall I liked the restaurant and eat well, the hotel also seems to be worth a second look. to go in any case!
Wir waren Gäste in dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet (veganer Camembert, Blauschimmelkäse, viele Dips usw. . Das Abendmenü gab es dreimal die Woche, es war zum Genießen, nicht zum satt werden. Offenbar haben die Betreiber wieder gewechselt. Manchmal gab es sehr leckeren veganen Kuchen. Aber zuverlässig ist das alles leider nicht sehr. Deshalb empfehle ich nicht einfach so vorbeizukommen. Als Gast profitiert man von gutem Essen. we were guests at the hotel. the breakfast buffet was excellent vegan camembert, blue cheese, many dips etc. . the evening menu there was three times the week, it was to enjoy, not be fed. the operators have apparently changed again. sometimes there were very delicious vegan cakes. but it is not very reliable. Set back from the Main Street in a small village in a rather remote area at the Baltic Sea this is the only vegetarian restaurant in an otherwise meat and especially fish consuming environment. Also serving a considerable number of vegan options though not marked . Will try to veganize the vegetarian courses as well. Open for coffee and cakes and from 5pm for dinner. Either menu or a la carte. Very tasty, friendly service.
no reception in the restaurant. had to look for our reserved place. the atmosphere is very cold. the polished and odour in the kitchen is heard as a full gas. the food was cold and the nudges were more than just cooked and for the conclusion was plastic pieces in dessert. we are not going to eat
