I will not be ordering from Havana Cafe again. I ordered two quarter chicken combos with clear and specific instructions, but none of them were followed. The beans were missing from the order, and although I paid for extra garlic sauces, they were not included in the bag. Instead of reporting these issues through Seamless, I called the restaurant directly to try to resolve the problem, but the person I spoke to was rude and impatient while I explained the situation. The menu may look appealing, but the service and order accuracy were very disappointing.
I am a bit disappointed. First I wanted to do the Too Good To Go for take out but they said they no longer do it even though their restaurant was still on the app. I?m giving this a 2 star because the hostess was nice. I decided to order the Steak Sushi to go. Something light considering it was late . I arrive home and it?s shrimp and my husband is allergic to shrimp. I wanted to call but they are closed so now we are stuck with this.
I don’t think I could ever rate anything less than 5, because this is one of my favorite restaurants ! The sancocho was bomb! Did not disappoint! My only concern was this $4 container of rice . I could’ve made the rice myself if I knew it was less than 8 ounces of rice. *update*! Thanks for responding @HavanaCafe. I just looked at my receipt and the $4 rice didn’t get added to my order. Thanks for the free rice
Let me start off by saying GREAT FOOD!! ×But the service was terrible like 10-15 mins to order from the bar× .. I meancome on, hire another bartender to help out. It's annoying to have to wait this long to get rice and beans. I was going to order a drink but I saw the wait and said, nah I'm good . I would totally come again. I just hope they can have more than 1 person tending bar.

I had purchased a Groupon for this place and found it to be a very nice spot. I had ordered the Calamari, and a Vegan Paella (totally worth the price! , it was a very big portion and absolutely delicious. I also had a few drinks and the bartender was spot on, no watered down drinks in sight. Would definitely go back again once I revisit NYC.
Admittedly I am biased here but the food is delicious. I had the lechoncito with the coconut rice and it was delicious. A mojito along with it was perfect. Had a flan too. It was delicious. It doesn't need the chocolate syrup that comes around it. I recommend the gastronomic experience.
The music is nice, the food and service are both excellent. They serve classic mojitos, rum punch, arroz con pollo, ribs and fries. I really enjoyed the lunch menu, which is only $10. The drinks are also very refreshing.
Slow customer service but amazing food. They give you empty plates to use only if you order appetizers lol.

I’m a regular here. They happy hour drinks are ! Very strong for less money than usual. Wings very crispy!
This is a great place to dine with a wide selection on the menu and the staff is extremely friendly.
