Havana Cafe - Reservar una mesa

I ordered food for pickup and I get a call from a guy saying they gave him my order by mistake. Cool, I go in and ask how long for a new order because I don?t want food that has been opened by someone else and maybe a bite taken out of it. They said 10 minutes. The guy comes back with the food and they try to give me that one when I asked for new food. They said they never put the new order in and wanted to give me the old food. The MANAGER takes the food to the back and

I don’t think I could ever rate anything less than 5, because this is one of my favorite restaurants ! The sancocho was bomb! Did not disappoint! My only concern was this $4 container of rice . I could’ve made the rice myself if I knew it was less than 8 ounces of rice. *update*! Thanks for responding @HavanaCafe. I just looked at my receipt and the $4 rice didn’t get added to my order. Thanks for the free rice

Let me start off by saying GREAT FOOD!! ×But the service was terrible like 10-15 mins to order from the bar× .. I meancome on, hire another bartender to help out. It's annoying to have to wait this long to get rice and beans. I was going to order a drink but I saw the wait and said, nah I'm good . I would totally come again. I just hope they can have more than 1 person tending bar.

I had purchased a Groupon for this place and found it to be a very nice spot. I had ordered the Calamari, and a Vegan Paella (totally worth the price! , it was a very big portion and absolutely delicious. I also had a few drinks and the bartender was spot on, no watered down drinks in sight. Would definitely go back again once I revisit NYC.

Slow customer service but amazing food. They give you empty plates to use only if you order appetizers lol.
