Excellent dining room ambiance here. Tropical palm trees swaying outside of the restaurant make for a great overall experience. You'll feel that you're really stationed away at a tropical getaway while dining here. The meal selections here are bound to please the most discerning of palates. The presentation here is top notch. Traditional Cuban cuisine featuring yellow rice, shrimp and spicy chicken are served here (just to name a few). Their black bean side dish is a must have staple. Try the baked yuca side dish; it's a satisfying tasty treat. The empenadas are hot and tasty (served with your choice of shrimp, chicken and melted cheese). that was not great. the appetizers were much better than the appetizers. they brought us the wrong ones. After they remembered several times, they never brought us the right one. röcke steak was blanching and one of the garlic chicken entrenches was understated. mojos was very good. margaritas were not good at all. we expected more for $55 a pitcher. desserts were good. the service was not very good. getting a water replenishment was not easy. it was very loud. the 3 piece band was good, easy to loud. we will not go back.
This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. They have a great variety of food (mostly meat) and because I wanted to try a bit of each, I ordered the ?Tour of Havana? which consisted of 3 different ones. The ropa vieja was a hit for me. Our waiter was also very accommodating and was always checking up on us. When coming here during dinner time/weekends, I recommend making reservations online even if you have a small party because it can get busy. Great restaurant overall.
My work group had a reservation here. We got a private room in the back. The service was great, staff very friendly! I ordered the Vaca Frita and it was very delicious. Once lunch was finished we headed to the bar. We ordered three rounds. The last twoat least one or two drinks were forgotten. We were six people. The place was not packed so we were all wondering how it would beif the place was packed. We did get the rest of our drinks eventually.

I had a good experience in Havana Central. The food was very delicious and the Mojitos were great. The dune in the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back!
eating is fantastic large portions, so at the end I get two meals from the price. Drinks are not great, but could use something raffinesse behind the bar.
havana central never disappointed. our server liliana was so sweet, personal and respond to our needs. is definitely recommended for all occasions.
