The service and staff at this restaurant were disappointing and unprofessional. I had come to purchase a specific cigar, but when I asked the clerk about its availability, they laughed at me and rudely dismissed my request. They did not make any effort to help me find an alternative or check their stock. I ended up choosing a cigar from another brand, but the clerk's disrespectful behavior overshadowed the entire experience. I was expecting a welcoming and knowledgeable staff to assist me, but unfortunately, I did not receive that at this store. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality service or a respectful shopping experience. There are plenty of other stores that will appreciate your business and provide you with expert assistance in a polite manner.

I have never been treated with such disrespect before. As a dedicated cigar enthusiast who frequently gathers with friends to smoke cigars at places like Hojas de cienfugos, GODFATHER'S, and 3 ISLANDS, I was shocked by the treatment I received at Alfredo's establishment. When I mentioned my cigar group to him, he responded with disdain, saying he does not care for customers from Hialeah or Miami Lakes; he only wants customers from Miami Beach or Kendall. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful. Goodbye...
