I was very disappointed with the staff at Havana Harry's Market tonight. I specifically asked for just mayo and bacon on my sandwich, but they added onions. When we came back to have it fixed, I overheard them talking negatively about my best friend behind our backs. This experience left me quite upset. They even tried to blame my friend for their error. Normally, I enjoy the sandwiches here, but it’s clear the staff prioritize shortcuts over good customer service.
The server's eye-rolling when I decided to dine here was quite off-putting. The restaurant definitely needs to work on its customer service.
