Coming from Brighton, it's easy to get blasé about having good coffee shops a few minutes walk from home, but this isn't the case everywhere. The residents of Cheltenham who live near Havanas can count themselves fortunate this is a fine little café that makes a great cup of coffee and some fine cakes, pastries and sandwiches. The service is very good, friendly and efficient. It seems very popular with locals, which is not surprising.
Absolutely lovely place to meet friends for a coffee, food, grab a take away for a walk ect. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Went in once and couldn't decide between two drinks and the next thing I knew the barista on duty had come up with a unique concoction of the two and it was INCREDIBLE! It's now my order every time I go in. Amazing Place.
Looked busy which is a good sign. However waited 10 minutes after ordering a takeout. People turned up and sat outside 20 mins later their order turned up and no sign of ours when asked we were told they were busy. Well only because they were so slow. Slow is probably an understatement. Coffee was good but not worth the wait.
A very nice coffee and a delicious lemon slice in or rather outside this friendly cafe near the centre of Cheltenham and not far from Pittville Park. Staff are nice, it's a lovely area, yes there were three shots in my coffee not two! Great to be able to go into cafes again and this was a fabulous one to start with. Reserva una mesa ahora
I do love a chai latte but like it a certain way, not too sweet but with some spice. The chai latte at Havanas hits the spot with a lovely frothy top. They have a great selection of sweet treats and the staff are friendly. A lovely little coffee shop, definitely worth a visit.
During lockdown we had fabulous sharing tapas. Three types of bread, cheeses, salamis, olives, balsamic and oil, sundried tomatoes, roast veg, chutney, humous and more.... oh and crisps... 3 types. Fabulous!
Lovely coffee on the way back from town to the car. Relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed reading all the Ernest Hemingway quotes on the wall too; thought-provoking and funny!

Not the cheapest but then again , nowhere is cheap for coffee these days. But, in terms of quality Havana is the best by a long way. Excellent.
