Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

We visited yesterday, the waitress was surly and unhelpful. When I asked whether the wine was dry, she said she hadn’t tried it so didn’t know to which I suggested she ask the manager. Surely the staff should know what they are serving? The menu was rather limited and at no time did the waitress suggest sausage rolls or items on the island table. Perhaps a secret shopper is needed to help, as help is certainly required

The farm is a picturesque place to stay and eat. The staff are friendly, the food is gorgeous with great options, and the atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and peaceful. There was some live music on while we were there, with people sat around watching- it was all very relaxed and informal. It was our first time at the farm and will def be going back. Loved the laid back Boho vibe.

The staff were really friendly and lovely, very good with kids. We sat in the outdoor seating area and had pizza cooked in the pizza oven. Lovely glass of rosé and snacks. I really like all the food and ambiance at the farm shop cafe…just a bit over priced.

Way overpriced for what you get; £10 for a salad that was tiny and nothing more than cous cous and rocket. £14 for a 8 Margherita pizza that was nothing special. I wouldn't bother Claremont farm is not that far away and a way better option. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely choice of breakfast dishes. Ww went for a full English. The black pudding was especially good. The home made brown sauce was a game changer. Excellent coffee. Would visit again when in the area again

Really enjoyed our lunch at the farm shop although the children's menu was very limited and not the menu showing on the website. The prices could be more family friendly

A great venue, friendly staff and good food, but… A wait of over 30 minutes for our coffee and over an hour for our breakfast was very disappointing.

Booking was seamless, the café is lovely, and the staff is very attentive. The food was outstanding.
