My friend received their food first, but I had to wait ten minutes and it never arrived. A waiter came to check on us and I informed them about my missing food. They went to check and then a girl from behind the bar came to ask me about it. I was frustrated and told her to figure it out. She then informed me that the ticket machine was broken and it would be another five minutes. The manager eventually brought me half my money back, but after waiting for twenty minutes I asked for my food to go. Enjoyed a few nights out in Norton in this pub. The staff were very helpful in giving beer recommendations. Will definitely be visiting more in 2024. Thanks to all staff, you were very busy at the time of my visit but still very attentive.
Although slightly more expensive than other restaurants in Norton, the quality of the food makes it well worth the higher price. Exceptional value for the cost.
