Heat’s Burger And Wok

We are fans. If I had to compare, I would say it's the Burger King of indie brands. Like Point B, it's the equivalent of McDonald's in everyone's head. Well for us, Heat's is a bit like BK in terms of quality, size of burgers, sauces, etc. (these are not the same sandwiches, but we understand the idea normally . My spouse always takes the menus with two burgers and I take the signature menus. It's good, it's cheaper than the big chains, the staff are super friendly and smiling. We take both take-out and delivery. It is possible to eat on the spot, but we prefer to sit in front of a film. Order placed at 9:19 p.m. 3 hours of waiting I decide to call the restaurant but I come across the messaging service so I call Deliveroo for the first time who tell me that they do not know where my order is. So I decide to go to the restaurant I had to take an uber because I'm not transported 13€ round trip. I'm in front of the restaurant and what do I see? It is closed. Deliveroo was able to refund my order and explains to me that the restaurant left the application open to order while it is closed. It is unacceptable not at all professional it is the worst experience. You are a disgrace.

Sincerely eating my big bowl of shrimp noodles and very fresh vegetables!! I imagined myself in Thailand I had a really good time I don't send free flowers but when it's too good and top it must be said! If I could put 0, I would have put 0. We could not test this restaurant for the good reason that it indicates to be open on Sunday and open for delivery on Sunday except that the restaurant is closed. We waited 1 hour for nothing, the same for the delivery man. This establishment is not serious, we have not tested and it will not happen. The restaurant has been closed for quite a while due to a fire I think. I hope they will reopen very soon, their pad thai is delicious. I still haven't found better ones elsewhere.
