Heavy D’s Bbq - Reserva de mesa

I tried the chicken shawarma platter, and while it was decent, it wasn't particularly remarkable. It didn't quite feel like a true shawarma, but the food was good enough to warrant a passing grade. A friend of mine ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which came on excellent bread and was tasty. However, aside from that sandwich, this place doesn't really specialize in barbecue; it seems to be more of a Lebanese restaurant, though the offerings in that category aren't the best either. The overall concept of the restaurant feels a bit disjointed, and I can tell it has undergone at least two changes in ownership. I believe there's a lot of potential here, but it definitely needs to revamp its men...

Without doubt, I 've had the best ever pulled pork sandwich at Heavy D 's BBQ! Every single 5* comment on TripAdvisor about said sandwich is so well-deserved. It was simply delicious. That 's it! (My partner 's pasta dish was also excellent. Just as we entering the establishment, a chap came out and said to us 'The food in there is amazing! '... Turns out he was 100% correct! Thank you.

Best restaurant of the ones I tried while in Quesnel for work. Had the pulled pork on a bun. Homemade bun was very good. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and didn't fall apart while eating it. Pulled pork was incredible. Not your typical BBQ sauce but the flavours were amazing and so well balanced. Will be back to try the swarma!

I have to say this is one of the best pulled pork sammidge’s I’ve ever had! The bread had a perfect texture wasn’t overwhelming, well done!! We will be back definitely a must try for anyone travelling through. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best pulled pork I have ever had. Generous portion. Owner very friendly. My son is a picky eater and told her it was the best pork he has ever had! And that this place should be famous!

We expected more bar bq stuff as its called Heavy D but the food was good. There was no one there for quite awhile so we were waiting for service.

This is an outstanding BBQ restaurant in Quesnel. The pulled pork sandwich was exceptional. I highly recommend this place!
