in hebedas in dresden the later the hour, the more going. after a remodeling as I have experienced, this is one of the best addressed in dresdens at night. red lamps and the treses from GDR times make the flair very cozy. quite well located and to reach by tram. every day the city relives, this is the motto in dresden! the diverse and fascinating offer offers something for everyone. but this is not enough to compare with berlin.
that hebedas is especially a popular spot for later hour when many others have already got to grips, but - at least whenever I was there - it was quite crowded so that you could hardly stand, let alone a seat. the bier offer is ok (although there is better) and there is a dance room (if not too full). Conclusion: in the right mood with friends quite a start-up but less suitable for a cozy evening.
Best way to start- and maybe end- the night in Dresden's Neustadt! Cheap beer, full bar and a LOT of people. Since the smoking ban, much more enjoyable! Dance floor is usually crowded and smelly but hey, maybe it's your thing!

One of the most cozy pubs in Dresden's new town. Very recommended is the local beer that comes fresh from the barrel. Here an evening in Dresden Neustadt can start well and gladly.
Perhaps the prototypical Dresden hipstersht pub, Hebeda's is a candlelit squat with cheap booze and plenty of atmosphere. A solid place to start or end..
