Hedone is for us an annual meeting for all our occasions. We discovered L’Hedone and Balthazar when it offered a unique menu with a unique table and a wine and music pairing. We fell in love immediately! Over the years we have been able to witness the rise of hedone and chef Balthazar. But for us it was obvious at the first bite when we sat down at his table for the first time.
