Since 1965 this Classic Coney Island packs them in 3 generations of families. Just look up for the Mega Hotdog one the roof. Sunday brunch full house we ordered many items named Hefty on the menu highlighted in a red box. Hefty Dog Holy WOW fills a whole plate be Hotdog smoothered with Chili, Loose Burger and Fried Onions. Hefty Burger be double everything Burger patties double Bacon n Double Cheese great hand patty Burger. Hefty Salad absolutely Wonderful with a Hefty Hash be 3 Meats, Taters Onions n Peppers topped with Eggs Delicious. A Double Patty Melt yeah we over order took 2 boxes home. We visit Hefty's for lunch twice a week and always manage to get in and out within an hour! The food is excellent, with a full menu featuring mostly homemade dishes, and the daily specials are amazing! The staff treats us like family, and the waitresses and crew are not only friendly but also incredibly fast. The grilled chicken is the best I've ever tasted. Thank you, Hefty's!
