Heidi Und Paul - Reserva de mesa

This is one of those restaurants that you just want to go in to try it because it looks so good on design. We went there twice just to make sure the first time was just bad luck. The menu and the look and feel...create an expectation of nice home cooked slow food with superior quality and healthier impact. But on the two times we went there unfortunately the food quality was below of what you would expect from a restaurant. Staff is not unpolite but does not transmit friendliness too. It can be a great restaurant, and maybe we were just in bad luck times, but for us it is a no go for now.

I love the burgers and the overall quality of the food at Heidi und Paul's is good and fair-priced but the whole ordering process around lunch time is pure hell! I come here once a week and often I spend minutes in queue just...to place my order at the counter and then another minutes to get my meal. Worst thing: The counter guys or girls are often in a rather foul mood and not exactly forthcoming. Lose that attitude please and how about waiters that you can actually order from at your table so we can skip this queuing?

A once fine burger establishment is now just mediocre and suffers from terrible lackadaisical service staff. Had to wait min alone in line before I could give my order. Took min for them to serve up a wrong and lackluster meal. There are...so many burger restaurants around the Frankfurt area, that this doesn't make the top anymore. The price is highly misaligned to the sad burgers and faces of the staff who serve them. It's time now for Heide und Paul to wake up to their situation, or close their doors forever.

I never really was a big fan of salads, but to be honest , maybe the salads aren’t great for good salads connoisseurs. But for an non-expert like me they were very tasty i took a Caesar salad The portions are very big...and after one portion you are full. The salad tasted fresh and the chicken was tasty as well. I would recommend the place, it’s a bit pricey but not too expensive , at least you get some quality back , and in the summer time a fresh salad is always well appreciated. Reserva una mesa ahora

A change from so many restaurants who give you the standard brand vegan burger, I liked this restaurant 's vegan burger. Made the classic way with veggies. The fries were great but be careful the staff is not strong with English or understanding veganism, and handed me a packet of Heinz Mayo, on the front in English made with fresh eggs! Glad I asked for extra packets of ketchup! If I go back I will try other menu items like the pita the other reviewer mentioned!

I used to go very often but I have enough. They always mix up the orders and today I ended up with a salad that had nothing to do with what I ordered and without the additional ingredients I paid for. They should definitely think...about hiring serious people and start delivering a better quality service. Thanks for the terrible lunch.

vegan burger with a veggie patty wasn’t anything special. the french fries were really good though and the mezze plate with pita, vegan yoghurt sauce and falafel was really good though.

A bit of a hectic place... Food was ok, limited choice of drinks. Nice outside seating on a summer day.
