we ordered it first and also once at heidi and paul.We tried it with the delivery service via a telephone order. I ordered the cheese burger without tomate. seemingly listening to the staff is not the greatest strength, because after 1.5 hours delivery time I got my burger with 2 slices tomate. the burger (bbq) of my colleague was tastefully under the average. in general to the personal (at least those I had to do with) the order intake was quite good, but after questioning after 1st std where the food was left, I had someone who was just unharmed. customer-friendliness was definitely not. more customer-feindity! I love the burgers and the overall quality of the food at Heidi und Paul's is good and fair-priced but the whole ordering process around lunch time is pure hell! I come here once a week and often I spend 15 minutes in queue just to place my order at the counter and then another 15 minutes to get my meal. Worst thing: The counter guys or girls are often in a rather foul mood and not exactly forthcoming. Lose that attitude please and how about waiters that you can actually order from at your table so we can skip this queuing? ✌️

I used to go very often but I have enough. They always mix up the orders and today I ended up with a salad that had nothing to do with what I ordered and without the additional ingredients I paid for. They should definitely think about hiring serious people and start delivering a better quality service. Thanks for the terrible lunch.

on recommendation we were here to eat burger. the flesh was solid and the burger too cold. the salads were all right. the lady who brought our food was more muffley. already on the way to the house it grumbled in the lean and at home awaited us the toilet. only the salate has torn it out, therefore still satisfying.

really delicious burger and salate. the salate can be put together. a large salad with 4 toppings costs 5,50 €, a big burger with pommes and cola approx. 10,50 € from therefore I feel it as a relatiw inexpensive. the ambiente is only a star to me there.

eating tastes quite good, ambiente is more rustic, in the middle of eschborn easily reachable, park situation is only often difficult in the evening

I find the super load. burger and sweet potato pomers very good. all clean and cosy furnishings. reservation has worked properly.
