the most sad operation ever, open late; 40 minutes to get a very average bagel. two employees who are more interested in speaking than serving or preparing. sad that an otherwise great Ford dealership would allow this substandard place on their property.

Staff is horrible and has zero to almost a negative impact about the customers needs and urgencies it’s ridiculous. Good help doesn’t exist anymore in Colorado!

the coworker went back as soon as I went on and refused to come out again until it almost ended. over 20 minutes.
