Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

While visiting from OK we decided we wanted some sandwiches for lunch, and I found Heidi 's on Yelp that was close by and had good reviews. We almost didn 't make it there as we passed by it twice not expecting the sandwich shop to be inside a CAR DEALERSHIP. (Would be super helpful if that was mentioned in the listing!! I rolled the dice on this one because of all the bad reviews, but they have under new management signs up all over. It looks like they 've addressed the concerns other reviewers had about cleanliness, which was what I was watching for when I first walked in. Service was decently friendly. I got the Italian sub and it was good. Cole slaw was pretty good and the pickles were great. My vote is to give this new team a chance. I 'll be back to try some of the other items, although there 's a lot of egg salad on the menu and I 'll be skipping that as a personal preference.

This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. They opened late, and it took 40 minutes to receive a very average bagel. The two employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in serving or preparing food. It's unfortunate that a great Ford dealership would allow such a subpar establishment on their property.

Every time I arrive at this restaurant for a GrubHub order, the staff is either standing around or on their phones. They never have the order prepared in advance and only start it once I arrive.

Staff is horrible and has zero to almost a negative impact about the customers needs and urgencies it’s ridiculous. Good help doesn’t exist anymore in Colorado! Reserva una mesa ahora
