I had high hopes for this market based on the score. Everything is prepackaged. No meat counter for anything custom cut. The sales people push all the barbecue runs and sauces. We bought several prepackaged steaks, ribs, lamb, etc. EVERY SINGLE ONE was TOUGH (we bought the highest grades of everything). In my opinion the meat is way over priced and I could have had the same “quality” of meat delivered from any of the online meat stores (Kansas City Steaks, Omaha Steaks, etc). The prices were just as high without having to pay delivery fees. I’ve honestly found that Cacciatore Sons or Sprouts can’t be beat.

I grill/smoking meat at least 3-4x per week. I think you can say I'm a bbq fanatic. this place has everything they need, and even what they didn't know they needed to grill or smoke. this is the only meat shop I have in the position to find authentic Japanese wagyu steaks and high-quality/meat bark ribs. the prices are somewhat high, but this is expected with quality meat.
Drove all the way from Lakeland today with my wife and we were amazed at the selection of fresh quality meats on hand for purchase. Dirk waited on us and was very knowledgeable on all the meat products they sold. Went home and smoked a couple tomahawk pork chops and they came out amazing. Will definitely be back soon for more fresh quality meats.

The restaurant offers an excellent variety of high-quality meats. I tried the ribs and they were grilled to perfection! The seasoning on the ribeye was also excellent. Thank you for the great service recommendation and friendly staff!
You must try the chicken at this restaurant - it's way better than anything you can find at Publix. The staff is amazing and the meats are top-notch quality.
