this stylish restaurant (bauhausambiente) has been under new management for a month and it has been so pleased that the tradition that has prevailed there is continuing! the young team who works there, is enriched with its guests in cultivated manier and the foods are of absolutely excellent taste, sometimes also a bite apart: because the new team is looking to include new creations in the menu! with great success! and in a totally balanced price/performance ratio!
it was delicious! we had a 4-course menu to the thema spargel. also special desires such as e.g. to get the food in vegetarian or vegan variants, has been implemented without problems. the components of the dips were carefully tuned to each other and everything just tasted so good that you eat extra slowly to enjoy the dips long. a high level for a small restaurant in dessau. can easily keep with good restaurants in berlin and hamburg. happy again!

the heilmanns offers a varied, slightly raised kitchen in a very nice environment inspired by the building. the service was attentive and also very friendly to our two small children.The price-performance ratio is in every case consistent.
in the center of the city, every visitor finds a special hospitality and a good kitchen. the friendly staff strives to read to the guests the desires from the eyes and the kitchen pampered for best forces!
we had a very good diner with unexpected wild combination of ingredients. go to this place and we are sure that they have a wonderful kulinarik evening. it's sowtscool!
