Simply amazing! I never write review, but I thought this restaurant deserved one! The food, the wine, the service, the vibe, everything was perfect! We were visiting SF for a week and we walked in on a saturday night without reservation and we were setted at the bar right away! We had the plum salad, the calamari, the duck, some sourdough bread as well as two desserts (chocolate chip cookie and strawberry shortcake). Everything was so good and well balance. They even brought us an extra dish of cauliflowers on the house! Service was imppeccable too! Highly reccommand!
Blown away by the food and service here. Discovered via Resy for a last minute date night reservation. We had the pre fix with fennel, steak, strawberry shortcake, plus duck confit and calamari — all delicious. We will absolutely return!
If not already, a San Francisco classic. On the level of Zuni and Foreign Cinema but more intimate, and more ambitious because it's got a neighborhood vibe. The wine list is among the best in the city.
I cannot wait to go to San Francisco again to dine at this place. I had the Early Girl Tomato Salad, and it was the best salad I've ever had. Unfortunately, I don't think I can recreate it at home.

Amazing food and wines, amazing service. Great ambience — lively but not loud. One of the best meals we’ve had in a while.
I'm not sure a regular here and it's always a delicious meal. Kind attentive service, I and a good value.
Been here so many times, and only once has service and food not been spot on. Sit at the bar if you can.
