"We have been a guest in the “Helium” in FFM several times a weekend and also under the week. It's always been a lot, but we still got a table. You can also sit comfortably outside (then it is not as incredibly loud as inside) and against the cold there are plenty of blankets (weather service) as well as lots of heaters (bad for the environment). You can argue about the operation: altogether still quite ok (friendliness and professionalism), even in the speed (orientation at the tables and demand for wishes), especially if you consider it almost always there.
