Hellers Volksgarten

HORRIBLE. Very bad service. Welcomed unfriendly on arrival. We were not allowed to decide when we wanted to order our food because we first had to finish our drink, very derogatory behavior. The food was not tasty. A coca cola fell on the table, we had to clean it up with three tissues and were stared at by the staff. No help was offered. The new cola was added to the bill. After all this happened, we were no longer satisfied and the staff noticed this, we were therefore called mother f*ckers. We ate our food, paid and left immediately. Staff turning their eyes and surprised when we did not give a tip because we did not have a pleasant experience. Did not expect this place to be like that. T...

Hellers Beer garden in the Volksgarten is located directly at the lake in Volksgarten. In summer, it's crowded, but the beer tastes good. They even have some specialities from around Germany. Be prepared to walk around the place for a while, before you find a place to sit. The metal chairs are not comfortable, but the surrounding is great: The lake, animals like ducks, flowers, and such. The Volksgarten is also famous for gigantic barbecue parties of students, and people from around. Some of the food of Hellers Volksgarten is more like pub grub, but they also over salads, which are well done.
