it's been a long time, but so glad they're back in power. as always, the most attentive and courteous employees who are everywhere to be found. our server was kendall, an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable young woman. I never had a server with how that wasn't. she explained everything in detail, offered great suggestions and also offered options. the pork bell was fantastic, had still left to the breakfast today. the rib for two was fantastic, and had this fine wood-drilled taste, boiled to perfection. Although I still don't like kale, it was good here. the prices are up as everywhere, but I would rather eat here than much less restaurants, so it is worth it. a unique and pleasant experie...

I think you should go in knowing there is a limited menu and it will be about $100/pp. We did the ribeye and the lamb sausage, some cheese, some rolls, some other things I don’t remember. It was an enjoyable experience with a really good server. This is the darling of Burlington. I’m not quite sure it lives up to the hype because expectations were set so high, but again, our food was good and it was a nice meal. I would return. Worth checking out if you can get a reservation.

great food! we sat in the kitchen bar and saw how the kitchen staff had their magic weave. it was fascinating to observe people, their jobs.especially as they were so good in it. the place has a great mood: comfortable casual but very well managed and professional. we have a new favorite restaurant in burlington now.

we were in burlington for the day and loved hen so much the 1st time ago we wanted to go back. I could not get a reservation, but they have walkable places on the bar kitchen counter. excellent service from the bartender and eating was wonderful!

my favorite restaurant of all time. the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Eating is from this world. cocktails are amazing. great date night or place to bring a customer in the city. I'll go here every time I'm in vermont
