Henry's Coffee House

I am a regular at this cafe because it is the best in Dundee! I visit at least three times a week and it's great to have the staff remember my order. They are always friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is fantastic, it's relaxing enough to study in but also has a lively vibe! My go-to drink is a large skinny chai (and the large drinks are huge which I love), it's the best chai I've ever had. And at less than £4 with a student discount, it's a steal! My favorite cakes are the Speculoos, Rainbow Cake, and the delicious banoffee muffins. I will definitely be coming back here every week!

One member of staff made my food whilst another did my drinks, which resulted in my hot food sitting on the front counter as the queue leaned over my food ordering and opening their wallets etc. which cannot be hygenic! Then another customer picked up one of my drinks and was just about to taste it, when I had to stop him and explain it was mine, which the barista started laughing at. Absolutely shocking service and hygiene standards!

I had high hopes for this coffee shop, and I was disappointed. It's quite cramped, which isn't great when you require a walker. Have to navigate tables and people queuing at the counter. We both went to toilet and the smell was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned, though the poster said it had ... maybe a change in cleaning fluid as current one smells of pee!

When I went to this place with my son, I wasn't a big fan. The coffee was good, but it was so cold inside that I had to keep my jacket and scarf on. The seats were uncomfortable, so we didn't stay for long. I've heard that your other location in the city center is better, so I'm excited to check it out when it opens. Reserva una mesa ahora

The temperature was good, but the drink was a bit foamy and rich. The venue was nice, but the additional cost for cream and marshmallows was a downside, especially considering the above-average price. Overall, 6/10.
