The scent of freshly baked ingrown red brought me into this bakery. So traditional that the lady behind the counter did not speak English. These small shops in Monschau are beautifully presented and have excellent quality products. Many don't take a pen... just cash. We have breakfast for 5, a series of baked bread, small cakes and croissants all for 9 euros. It's got the most beautiful inkread ever. Apple cinnamon was incredible.

On the day we traveled home, we decided to buy a variety of bread in this charming bakery. The staff was very friendly and helpful to explain what they offer. The round whole grain bread tasted very good. The other dark breads we selected were also very good.

Can't rate this place enough. We had a delicious chocolate and vanilla pastries and a bread man. We later visited the day so that there was not much choice so that I recommend definately to visit early for the best selection.

You have a good selection of breads. The bakery is filled with fresh and seductive breads and pastries. I liked the orange and ginger taste.

A great shop with handful varieties of breads and pastries. I enjoyed my sweet meal here. Pastries were delicious.
