Bun was not toasted, sandwich was cold to the touch except for the pattie inside. Given all the veggie inside the overall bite was still cold. Sauce was making the untoasted bun soggy and I'm eating it right inside the store, not moving it 20 minutes home. Unacceptable given the price and quality that is expected from a burger joint vs something like McDonald's. I'm a regular here and sometimes they do toast the buns and all I can say is that this will is not a negligence but down right laziness of the workers inside as there was no line before and after me. Note to self, have to remind them to do what they already should have known next time I come, if I come.
We both tried the NEW Smashed Burger Combo, and it was absolutely fantastic! The Smashed Burgers featured a juicy, caramelized 3oz beef patty topped with cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, all served on a soft, fluffy potato bun. Feeling a bit indulgent, we added crispy beef bacon, a fried egg, and sautéed onions, which elevated the flavors immensely!
We also upgraded our sides from fries to crunchy chicken strips and mushroom poutine. We highly recommend the chicken strips—they were crispy, tender, and paired perfectly with the ranch dip! The mushroom poutine was rich with gravy, loaded with mushrooms, and sprinkled with cheese curds. What a meal!

an Amazing experience, the staff , the owner , very welcoming and excellent and beyond exceptional service. The restaurant itself was very neat and clean, and very spacious compared to other locations for big gatherings....the food was top notchcompared to any other burger joints and also compared to other Hero locations. I would definitely recommend everyone to go tothis location for all their Hero burger cravings.
We ordered the spicy chicken burger and the beef burger, and they were fantastic! The spicy chicken was a bit too much for the kids, but they managed to finish theirs anyway. One suggestion for dining in would be to serve the food on trays instead of just paper, as it didn't feel very convenient or appealing. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning!
The fries have gotten smaller, but the price remains the same. The milkshake is fantastic with no complaints, although it is on the pricey side. The food quality is nearly there, but I believe the portions could better reflect the restaurant's Hero name. They only offer one drink size as well. The milkshake is my favorite, but it costs $7.
Burger has the texture of a compressed meat paste, not at all juicy or pleasant. Didnt send milkshake but took my money anyway, fries were hard as a rock and stone cold, and to top it off, there was way too much ice in my fountain drink. 0/10 :

Amazing food and customer service. The lady was nice and patient when i took a long time with my order. My friend from oversees tried there poutine for the first time and loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves burgers and poutine.
The burgers were succulent, and the order was handled flawlessly. The food was prepared right within the promised timeframe. Kudos to the late-night team for their outstanding efforts!
