Hero Certified Burgers

We went in on our way up north and had no issues, we went in again on our way home and ordered the same thing. This was June 6th around 6 -6:30pm. The girls at the counter was very very difficult to hear with the plexiglass up. The menu was hard to read through the plexiglass as well. We ordered 3 burgers all with gluten free bun. I asked about sweet potato fries with my burger, but the cook in the back said they weren’t gluten free. The girl at the front was clueless and not helpful at all. Well after some time we noticed that the receipt only said gluten free on the first combo, which meant my burger was going to have a gluten bun. Amazing food. The servers were amazing, however the facility is super understaffed. Super understaffed. Expect your visit to take 15-35 minutes at any of the restaurants on site.
