Hero Certified Burgers - Bronte

I love Hero burgers, but this location in Bronte is weirdly laid out and very dirty!You order through one of two touch screen displays which were filthy and had no option to customize the toppings on your burger, they have a sink in the dining area, the floors were dirty, the tables and seats were sticky and covered with leftover food/crumbs, you get your own pop from the machine…. Filled a cup with Sprite and found black bits of some substance floating in the drink (maybe the lines were not clean) dumped it out in the sink!Washrooms disgusting….. dare not touch anythingMy family didn’t want to eat at this location after walking in….. but we did!really surprised with the dirt at this locatio...

I visit the store often but this time , I was amazed by extraordinary service provided by 2 girls .They were super nice and super sweat . Was gaving issue ordering through kiosk and one of them came out to help me out which was so overwhelming .Cheers to amazing service and must visit place.

Used to love these burgers… until yesterday when I got a black, mouldy onion on my burger.If this staff will put a clearly visible mouldy onion on a burger, what else are they doing that you can’t see?This place needs a health inspection.

Today i went for dine in at this location and my experience was excellent. Girls were so hard working also, i was facing some problems with kiosk one of them helped me and, restro was so clean and tidy. Definitely recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

The burgers at this restaurant are delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is efficient and friendly. The decor could be more lively, but it's not enough to lower my overall rating. We will definitely return soon.

They never followed the instructions you put in uber order. I have been to many locations of hero burger, but this is the worst location i have ever seen in terms of customer service and food quality.

Amazing service provided by the staff . They recommended the meatless crispy chicken over plant based in vegetarian option . It was super delicious . Highly recommended.
